Très jeune duo parisien, formé en 2003, Justice, signe aussitôt sur Ed Banger records, label initié et dirigé par Pedro Winter, manager notamment de Daft Punk. Leur premier maxi, « Never Be Alone », dont les vocaux sont assurés par le combo anglais néo-psychédélique Simian, devient un incontournable, plébiscité aussi bien par Erol Alkan, Tiga, 2 Many Dj's, Ivan Smagghe, Mark Moore, Arthur Baker que Miss Kittin. En 2004, International Deejay Gigolos, ressort l’objet, agrémenté d’un remix de DJ Hell en personne. Depuis le tandem a œuvré pour N*E*R*D*, Vicarious Bliss, Fatboy Slim, Soulwax tout en s’attelant à son premier album.
